SUBCHAPTER EE. COMMISSIONER’S RULES CONCERNING REGISTRY OF PERSONS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EMPLOYMENT IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS

The Texas Education Agency is renewing the effectiveness of emergency amended §153.1201 and new §153.1253 for a 60-day period. The text of the emergency rule was originally published in the March 27, 2026, issue of the Texas Register (51 TexReg 1933).
